The three main themes of the event were:

- Data and technology: implementing the right digital marketing tools
Connected stadium: enhancing fan experience
ESSMA’s Managing Director Dimitri Huygen explained the ESSMA COME principle; Convenience, Orientation, Entertainment and Mobility with a focus on a customised service. During his presentation, the ECA-ESSMA Fan Experience case got highlighted. Examples of Juventus FC and the Philips Lighting LED light show and the integrated approach at Olympique Lyonnais, where EVS installed its FanCast solution, were outlined.
