A Vision Beyond Architecture
Babbs outlined the club’s long-term strategy: building a stadium capable of sustaining Tottenham Hotspur’s ambitions for decades to come. The transformation required not only a new facility but also the redevelopment of the surrounding neighbourhood, extensive global research, and a clear commitment to creating a venue that could thrive economically and operationally across seasons and event types.

Beyond matchdays, the venue operates as a year-round destination, with experiences such as the Dare Skywalk, specialist stadium tours and the F1 Drive karting centre.
People at the Core
Although Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is widely recognised for its technology and architectural innovation, Babbs stressed that its true strength lies in its people. The venue hosts around sixty major events a year, making staff wellbeing, sustainable planning and community engagement critical pillars of its operational philosophy.
