From operational to executive level, we collaborated in a confidential setting to openly discuss tangible challenges and solutions around sustainability in stadium operations.
It turned into a vivid and valuable exchange of ideas and insights between participants.
What made this gathering so impactful?
✔️ the confidential format created a safe space and encouraged honest, in-depth conversations
✔️ Participants shared openly, challenged each other, and built practical solutions together resulting in a playbook
✔️ We tackled real issues – from energy forecasting and sustainable catering to reusable systems (cups), and fan behaviour
✔️ A clear way forward: standardised matchday sustainability reporting and practical “how-to” guides (e.g. on reusables, sustainable events, etc.)
