The prestigious ESSMA Stadium Industry Awards return for their third edition, and we’re inviting you to share the best initiatives that are helping shape the future of our industry.

This year’s Awards focus on practical impact – smart ideas, well-executed projects, and the people making it all happen.

You can submit a case in one of the following categories:

Best Development Project
Celebrating stadium development or renovation that delivers clear benefits – whether through design, operations, or fan experience.
Best Fan Engagement & Hospitality Initiative
For creative ideas that bring fans closer to the club and offer a better, more memorable stadium experience.
Most Impactful Sustainability & Social Impact Initiative
For projects that contribute to a more sustainable or inclusive stadium environment, and deliver real value to the wider community.

Who Can Apply – and How

If you’re part of an ESSMA member organisation, you’re eligible to submit. The only condition: your initiative must have been launched between 1 September 2024 and 30 September 2025.

The process:

Submit your case using the official form
The ESSMA Executive Committee & Board will review all entries
Finalists will be selected by the Board
Winners will be chosen by a combined vote: 50% ESSMA Board & ExCo, 50% ESSMA member vote
