Four categories, twelve finalists — and a whole lot of inspiration. Here’s who made it to the final three in each category:
? Best Development Initiative of the Year
GKS Katowice | AD Ceuta FC | SC Braga
? Best Fan Engagement Initiative of the Year
Paris Saint-Germain | Johan Cruijff ArenA | Sevilla FC
? Best Hospitality Initiative of the Year
Juventus | Celta de Vigo | CD Leganés
? Sustainability & Social Impact Initiative of the Year
Córdoba CF | Tottenham Hotspur FC | Malmö FF
Each project tells a story of ambition and forward thinking.
In the Sustainability and Social Impact category, the bar is especially high this year. Tottenham Hotspur impressed with its Net Zero 2040 plan, Malmö FF is being recognised for its Sustainable Life Cycle project, and Córdoba CF earned its spot for improving accessibility across its facilities.
The ESSMA Advisory Board will select the winners on 11 November, with the announcement taking place that same evening during the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium — the proud host of the ESSMA Summit 2025.
Stay tuned — we’ll be sharing the winners live from London!
