CBRE’s facilities management (FM) business has been built over 35 years and delivers facilities management including M&E and fabric maintenance, energy management and project management services to clients across the world. The FM team is split into divisions that have been created in response to our clients’ needs, with each team focussed on a specific sector and specialising in that market.
